Any parent or guardian, or soon-to-be-parent or guardian of a minor, living within the boundaries of the Virginia Highland Civic Association (VHCA) or Morningside Lenox Park Association (MLPA), is welcome to join. Future activities of the VHMPA depend on your good ideas and volunteer energy. Please consider volunteering for a committee that interests you or simply emailing the membership to find other parents who would like to organize a joint activity. There is no limit to the number of ways we can enrich our community and create a fun and healthy environment for our children.

Membership is renewed annually in October.  Members who who join after June 1st will renew in October of the following year.

2. Submit Membership Form: Please fill out the form below. You may enter your spouse's first name along with yours in the "First Name" field. You will be taken to PayPal's website to complete the transaction. PayPal accepts the following:

   

   At the very end of the PayPal transaction, PLEASE click on the "Return to Merchant" button to complete the payment process.

3. If you have any problems with the online sign-up process, please contact Membership.
   
    

4. Processing of new memberships may take one to two weeks.  Please be patient with us as we are an all-volunteer organization. You will receive your username and password for the website soon.
